COOP Careers serves as connective tissue between urban public universities and local technology employers looking for motivated, diverse and prepared entry-level talent. More importantly, though, COOP connects underrepresented college grads to each other, within tight-knit cohorts and across "generations" of cohorts.
Arbor Brothers partnered with the COOP Careers management team on a number of key deliverables, including:
- Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes
- Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
- Growth Strategy — articulating the approach and staffing structures required for multi-site expansion
- Performance Management System – establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff
